I am on a diet!

When someone says I am on a diet it means they are in some restriction, portion control, are not eating basic food. This kind of eating is based out of our willpower. Willpower is taking up a task or goal and working towards achieving it. Willpower has an expiry date. We cannot sustain with willpower for long. Willpower is efforts, efforts, efforts and then it fades. After sometime we are back to where we were or even worse.

Mindful eating is based out of our awareness. It simple and sustainable. It is a system driven. Awaress is effortless efforts. It adds beauty everyday. Mindful eating is a process and journey.
