I would like to share my story with you.
I was once a victim of work stress and lifestyle disorder, which is understandable as I was a dedicated and sincere worker as a wealth manager at a multinational bank.
The long hours of work, lack of physical activity and improper lifestyle, all resulted in my body becoming Insulin resistant and plagued with Hypothyroidism and PCOD. As early an age of 29, I became dependent on medicines which the doctors claimed would be my companions for the rest of my life.
This prediction shook me and inspired me to search for good health and wellness to free me from the drug dependency, and to achieve a healthy and normal life. Thus, my quest began. My search led me to study Nutrition, Therapy and Exercise Science; I enrolled myself into a university and studied Yoga, Nutrition and Exercise. My commitment towards bettering my physical and mental well-being helped me attain my goals, and now I am a certified Ironman Coach. With the implementation of the knowledge, I gained and the research I undertook, I could reverse my lifestyle disorder. It brings me great joy, fulfillment, and satisfaction that I have been living a medicine-free life for more than a decade now.
My Beliefs - Our Assets
My beliefs are simple: I believe that simplicity, following nature’s body clock (Circadian Rhythm) and going back to our roots are the treasures that can bestow you with good physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Embracing these will help you gently ease into a lifestyle transformation, which will lead you towards sustainable holistic good health.
We have learned and understood that certain minor changes in day-to-day life often lead to a positive, fit and healthy life. Keeping this in mind, we work with clients to understand their patterns and habits, beliefs towards health and well-being and accordingly guide them. We deeply trust that everyone can be physically and mentally fit, and fitness is not a distant dream if three rules are followed properly with consistency, discipline, and dedication. They are:

3. Maintaining Emotional Equilibrium
My Home, Our Work
Ahmedabad is my home, and from here I have been sharing my story, guiding our clients and inspiring people to achieve what I did - a medicine-free, healthy body and a healthy mind. We have been assisting and counseling people successfully in Nutrition, Therapy Nutrition and Sports Nutrition; we provide our clients with a regime for a sustainable lifestyle with our scientifically designed exercise programs. I am the founder of ARF – Marathon, Triathlon Training program, which caters to Athletes, Recreational athletes, and Amateurs with training programs that have been scientifically designed by us. My clients include all age groups and professions- from doctors, businessmen, artists, sportsmen to mountaineers.
We are today proud to state that slowly and steadily we as a team are making an impact in the society by guiding hundreds of people in India and abroad through counseling and Lifestyle and Exercise Programs, leading them towards sustainable and holistic health, happiness, and fitness. We believe everyone deserves good health, and mental and physical well-being. Our dream and aspiration is to touch as many lives as we can, making them healthy and fit, helping people lead a holistic and wholesome life aided by our simple and easy to follow Nutrition and Fitness Programs.
