We are in the last week of 2023 and the weekend is a good time for self introspection. Auditing oneself is the best form of Self-love and Self-care.
We all live somewhere in our conditioned self. When we realise we aren't able to progress or are suffocated with the current situation is when we need to move out of our conditioned self or comfort zone.
