- once everything is over I will start eating right, exercising and sleep on time
- I have other major priorities around hence my health takes a backseat
- no time for exercise
-my schedule doesn't allow me to do everything on time
-meetings at work are not defined hence cannot regulate my meal timings
- I am on the go most of the time hence my lunch gets delayed
-I reach home at 8:30 pm hence the earliest dinner time possible is 8:45 pm
