No specific goals, only a journey to be cherished at every step. Slowly and steadily progressing towards excellence.<\/p>\r\n<p>Regular <a href=\"https:\/\/isha.sadhguru.org\/yoga\/yoga-articles-hatha-yoga-asanas\/asanas-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">yoga asana<\/a> practice has given me the freedom from the worries of physical health, knowing I am being blessed with a Universe of well-being.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Universe of well-being<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1. Emotional equilibrium<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2. Strength, movement, mobility<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">5. Courage, inner power, wisdom<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">6. Humility<\/p>\r\n<p>Gratitude to <a href=\"https:\/\/namratasheth.com\/blogs\/stillness-smoothness-magic\/\">Guruji BKS Iyengar<\/a> and all my teachers <\/p>\r\n<p>Just 5 minutes a day to begin with will change the way you see health.
