Hence, they feel it is to be avoided.<\/p>\r\n<p>Let\u2019s get the clarity<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/namratasheth.com\/\">What is fermentation?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>It is a process that involves the breakdown of carbs by bacteria and yeast. It results in a distinct flavor of particular food.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Is fermented food healthy?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Yes, fermented food is healthy and it has a positive impact on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au\/health\/healthyliving\/gut-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GUT health<\/a>, digestive system, immune system, improves Vitamin B12 and good news, it aids in weight loss.<\/p>\r\n<p>Fermented food also boosts nutrient availability of food (i.e. make curd rice and keep it for 3-4 hours.
