It always gives us a reason to procrastinate or doubt when we want to start something new or want to stay consistent. It gives a sense of achievement and inspiration to work on further changes<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.accountability \u2013 this is very useful for staying consistent and you get much-needed push when you feel like giving up&#8221;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.your \u201cWhy\u201d needs to be clear for staying committed.<\/p>\r\n<p>When you take a step forward you will face discomfort and that is the real beginning of a new journey towards your <a href=\"https:\/\/namratasheth.com\/\">health and wellness<\/a>. Humans have 2 minds both with equal talent, courage and confidence. Mind 1 says procrastinate. Mind 2 says focus on growth. The narrative of mind 1 looks easy and the narrative of mind 2 looks hard.
